1. ABOUT ODD THINGS
ODD THINGS creates and sells 3D printed collectibles, accessories, home and desk items, keychains, magnets, and other products.
Because our products are 3D printed, each item is produced layer by layer. Small variations in color, surface texture, layer lines, seams, or other minor imperfections are a normal part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, filament batches, and your screen settings.
2. ORDERS
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide, including your name, shipping address, email address, and payment information, is accurate.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and product specifications may change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.
4. 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS
Our products are individually 3D printed rather than mass-produced using traditional manufacturing methods.
Visible layer lines, minor surface differences, small seams, slight color variations, and minor differences between products are normal characteristics of 3D printing.
These characteristics make each piece slightly unique and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, ODD THINGS products are intended primarily as collectibles, decorative items, accessories, or novelty products.
5. PRODUCT SAFETY
Some ODD THINGS products may contain small parts, magnets, keychain hardware, or other components that may present a choking hazard.
Unless specifically identified otherwise, our products are not intended for young children or as children's toys.
Keep small parts and magnets away from children and pets.
Products should not be exposed to excessive heat, open flames, dishwashers, microwaves, or other conditions that may deform or damage 3D printed materials.
6. SHIPPING
Processing and shipping times displayed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product availability, customization, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's operations.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
7. RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your ODD THING.
For eligible non-custom products, you may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
Please contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Products made specifically to a customer's requested specifications

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Clearance or final-sale products when identified as such before purchase

Gift cards or other non-returnable items identified at purchase
This does not limit any rights you may have if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
9. 3D PRINTING VARIATIONS
Normal characteristics of 3D printing—including visible layer lines, minor seams, small surface variations, and slight color differences—are not considered defects and generally do not qualify a product for a defect-based refund or replacement.
If you believe your item has an actual manufacturing defect, contact us with photographs so we can review it.
10. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a product that is materially damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly after delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
After reviewing the claim, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as applicable.
11. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by ODD THINGS or otherwise required by law.
For discretionary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
12. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because some products may begin production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once production, fulfillment, or shipping has begun.
Custom or personalized orders may not be cancelable after production has started.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original ODD THINGS designs, characters, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to ODD THINGS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property rights or grant permission to reproduce, scan, copy, manufacture, distribute, or commercially sell the design.
14. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated systems in a manner that disrupts the website, or use our content for unlawful purposes.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ODD THINGS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits consumer rights provided by applicable law.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
